HOW TO BE FIT

1. Do Not Starve Yourself
Starving your body can actually give you the opposite of what you want by making your body go into survival mode which means it will hold on to fat easier instead of burn the fat.
Therefore, lose weight the healthier way by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Exercise Daily

Exercise daily for at least one hour. If you’re looking to shed a few pounds fast, do a higher-level intensity workout such as going on a walk at a brisk pace for an hour.
Or, you can jog and set certain intervals to sprint during that hour.
Note however that your muscles will ache after a high intensity workout, but that means your body is changing for the better.
3. Hydrate Your Body

Start your day by drinking aloe-vera pulp juice, coconut water or normal water first thing in the morning.
Leave a cup on your nightstand to remind yourself to drink every morning.
4. Eat The Right Foods and Portion Each Meal

No matter how bad your body craves for it, try to stay away from sweets. Sugar from candy or beverage drinks will not help you get in shape.
Fruits and vegetables are the best thing to eat when getting into shape. Apples, for example, do a good job at making the stomach feel full for up to 3 to 4 hours. Green vegetables such as green beans and broccoli keeps the digestive system clean and running.
Also, stick to lean meats like turkey and chicken and Seafoods, such as, shrimp, and tilapia. These foods are full of protein and healthy nutrients to help keep muscles fit and ready for workouts.

5. Incorporate Healthy Fats

Remember that not all fats are bad. However, fats from donuts, cakes, and pies do not help your fitness goals.
Rather, add healthy fats to your food like extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed, walnuts, almonds, avocado, salads, smoothies, and more.
6. Keep Track Of Calories Intake Per Day

Keeping track of how many calories you eat in a day will be helpful in planning out your physical exercise.
You lose weight when the required amount of calories is not available to the body and the stored fat is used. Thus, you should provide less calories than normal diet for weight-loss.
For example, the normal calorie requirement for a female is about 2000 calories per day.
So, eat about 1200-1400 calories to make several kilos of excess fat disappear over a period of time.
Ever wonder why body builders’ body masses are so big? That’s because they take in more (healthy) calories than the average person.
7. Be Sure To Get Sleep

Even though most of us have eight-hour jobs during the day, it is crucial to get enough sleep to recharge the body’s batteries.
Six to eight hours of sleep will keep the body going throughout the day, but if you happen to feel tired at any point after coming home from work, by all means take a small nap before exercising.
8. Replace Coffee With Tea

Instead of drinking coffee all the time, have two cups of green tea every day. You can drink coffee but not frequently.
Green tea is filled with antioxidants which works to help you develop better skin and shed off those extra pounds.
9. Stay Motivated

An important key to being in shape is to set goals and keep a positive mindset. If you stay positive, you will be able to push yourself to get that slim and fit body you’ve always wanted.
Also bear in mind that at some point, you may begin to slow down in your fitness routine. It could be as a result of distraction, or you’ve hit a plateau. This is not time to relax and relapse.
Rather, this is time to refocus and stay motivated until you achieve your desired goal. Remember, “you’re not there until you get there”
HOW TO BE BEAUTIFUL

Now may have asked yourself “How do I make my face beautiful while staying fit?”
Well, you’re not alone. A lot of people have also asked that same question.
Below are a few ways to be fit and stay beautiful.
1.Wash Your Face Twice a Day

To look beautiful, you have to wash your face at least twice a day and apply moisturizer afterwards. This is especially important after every exercise or work out.
You can also exfoliate and/or apply face masks once a week to keep the face looking smooth and clear.
2. Apply Olive Oil Or (Coconut Oil)

Apply Olive oil or coconut oil mixed with water to make a liquid. pour the oil into a bowl, dip a cloth in it and rub it gently onto your face for a few minutes then continue with your normal skincare routine.
Olive oil comes from the fruit of the olive tree. The oil is pressed from olives.
Not all olive oil is the same. The process used to extract the Oli affects the amount of healthy fats and nutrients in the olive oil. It even affects the taste.
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is cold pressed. This means it’s squeezed from whole olives without using chemicals or heat.
Refined olive oil is often labeled as “olive oil.” It may be processed with chemicals or made of a mixture of olive oil and other plant oils. This can give it fewer health benefits.
Virgin or fine olive oil may be a mixture of extra virgin and refined olive oil. It’s also often made with less-ripe olives. This type may not be available in stores.
EVOO is a preferred oil because its manufacturing process may maintain more of the olive oil’s nutritional properties, and there may be fewer chemicals or additional ingredients introduced into the oil.
Applying olive oil on the skin blocks about 20 percent of the sun’s harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. It does this by boosting the skin’s natural sun-blocking proteins.
Olive oil also contains a fat called squalene. This natural fat is the skin’s most important protective fat. Adding olive oil strengthens this natural barrier.
Olive oil contains antioxidants that help stop damage. More research is needed on the antioxidant benefits of olive oil as a food or on the skin.
Olive oil has several skin care uses and benefits:
Cleansing agent. It allows water to mix with oil and dirt.
Emulsifying agent. It allows ingredients to mix.
Moisturizer. It hydrates or forms a protective barrier on skin.
Natural sunblock. It acts as a physical barrier to some light.
Olive oil MakeUp Remover
Use olive oil as a natural makeup remover. Apply olive oil to a cotton pad or wash towel and gently wipe away makeup. Olive oil cleanses the skin without the use of harsher chemicals.
Olive oil Moisturizer
Use olive oil as a moisturizer. Similarly to using olive oil as a makeup remover, you can use a cotton ball to apply olive oil as a moisturizer to clean, dry skin. Use a towel to blot away excess oil.
3. Give Yourself A Scalp Massage

For some women, enviably long hair just happens, but for the rest of us, tweaking certain aspects of our day-to-day beauty routine must be made.
Massage your scalp with warm coconut or castor oil twice a week. Leave it overnight and shampoo the following morning with a natural sulfate-free shampoo.
Massaging the scalp stimulates growth which can lead to potential hair growth. Growing your hair whether long or short adds to your overall beauty.
4. Wait Until Your Hair Is Dry To Comb It

Brushing or combing wet hair is a Big No, No, when it comes to hair.
Never use a brush on wet hair as it will only tear it out. Instead use wide toothed comb, make sure to comb your hair from bottom to top not top to bottom.
Brushing hair from top to bottom causes more knots and creates unnecessary damage and breakage. When untangling hair, start a few inches from the bottom (the ends) and work your way up (to the roots).
Move closer to your scalp once you’ve taken care of all the tangles in the section you’re working with.
5. Cleanse Your Face With Unboiled Milk

Pour some milk into a large bowl, any milk will do. Dip a washcloth into the milk and squeeze out the excess.
Gently exfoliate your skin by rubbing the washcloth in circular motions around your face.
Rinse off with cold water and continue with your normal skincare routine.
6. Get Rid Of Pimples

There are many popular home remedies for skin blemishes.
To start with, apply mint juice on pimples and allow it to dry before washing. Then dilute apple cider vinegar with water and use as a toner.
Mash an avocado and apply on face, leave it on for 20 minutes before washing.
Make a paste with oatmeal and water, leave it on for 10 minutes before washing.
Final Word

Using the above tips everyday for about two weeks, you will find noticeable changes in your physical fitness and overall beauty.
After losing weight, it becomes equally important to maintain it for the long term.
But if your diet is not compatible with your lifestyle, you will gain the weight loss back.
